International Trade Commission Is Extending the Deadline of Preliminary Injury Determination of Antidumping Duty Case on Acrylonitrile Dumping from the United States of America, Japan and Korea to October 18, 1999

Regarding the anti-dumping petition filed by China Petrochemical Development Corporation on Acrylonitrile dumping from the United States of America, Japan and Korea, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the MOEA is proceeding with the preliminary injury investigation. Due to the necessity for the investigation and in keeping with Article 10 and Article 15 of the Implementing Regulation on the Imposition of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties, the ITC of the MOEA decides to extend the preliminary injury investigation period of the Case from 45 days to 67 days. Thus, the deadline of the Preliminary Injury determination will be on October 18, 1999.
