Trade Remedy Cases Trade Remedy Cases

The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) establishes the Trade Remedy Commission to determine whether subject product is being imported in such increased quantities to cause serious injury to the domestic industry in an import relief case; and if the determination is affirmative, to make a proposal on what measures should be taken by the MOEA. The Commission also determines whether the dumped/subsidizes imports are causing material injury to the domestic industry in countervailing duty/anti-dumping duty cases.
