The ITC Is Extending the Deadline of Final Injury Determination of Antidumping Duty Case on Certain Hot-rolled Steel Plates Dumping from Brazil, Ukraine and Russia to March 13, 2000

Regarding the antidumping petition filed by Taiwan Steel & Iron Industries Association on Certain Hot-rolled Steel Plates dumping from Brazil, Ukraine and Russia, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the MOEA is proceeding with the final injury investigation. Due to the necessity for the investigation and in keeping with Articles 12 and 15 of the Implementing Regulation on the Imposition of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties, the ITC of the MOEA decides to extend the final injury investigation period of the case from 45 days to 67 days. Thus, the deadline of the final injury determination will be on March 13, 2000.
