On May 13, 2004, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) made a determination that injury to domestic industry due to importation of H-Beam from Poland, Russia and Korea is no longer existent, and that the expiry of the antidumping duty on H-Beam from those three countries would not be likely to lead to recurrence of injury to domestic industry.

As required by Article 45 of the Implementation Regulation on the Imposition of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties, the ITC through MOEA has notified the Ministry of Finance (MOF) of its determination, and the MOF will make a decision on whether to terminate the antidumping duty.
