1.Information regarding the injury investigation

(1) Product Description The imported product subject to this investigation is H-beams (H sections of iron or non-alloy steel), specified as JIS G3101 SS400 (or ASTM A36), JIS G3106 SM490 (ASTM A572), ranged from 80mm to 800mm in heights, classified under subheadings 7216.33.00.10 and 7216.33.00.20 of the Import and Export Commodity Classification of the Republic of China during the period of investigation.
(2) Domestic Like Product H-Beams (H sections of iron or non-alloy steel)
(3) Domestic Industry Tung Ho Steel Enterprise Corporation and Dragon Steel Corporation
(4) R.O.C. imports of H-beams, in absolute terms and relative terms (shown in Table I).
(5) Weighted-average prices of domestic and imported H-beams (shown in Table II).
(6) Summary data on the domestic H-beam industry (shown in Table III).
(7) Summary data on the H-beam industry in Japan (shown in Table IV). 2.This information may be revised later based on evidence and information submitted by the interested parties.
3.The injury determination, through a joint consultation, will be made by at least two thirds of the attending Commissioners at a meeting attended by at least half of all the Commissioners.
