ITC Extends the Deadline for Injury Determination of Sunset Review Concerning Antidumping Duty Order on Art Paper from Japan to Jan. 18, 2006

Due to the necessity for the investigation as stated in the above subject line and in keeping with Paragraph 5 of Article 44 of the Implementation Regulation on the Imposition of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties, the ITC of MOEA decides to extend the sunset review injury investigation period of the case to Jan. 18, 2006.
