On December 5, 2005, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) determined that the expiry of the antidumping duty on Art Paper from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of injury to the domestic industry.
As required by Article 44 of the Implementation Regulation on the Imposition of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties, the ITC through MOEA has notified the Ministry of Finance (MOF) of its determination, and the MOF will make a decision on whether the imposition of the antidumping duty will continue.
The public version of the injury investigation report in Chinese is expected to be available after December 26, 2005 from ITC website (
http://www.moeaitc.gov.tw) or from the office of ITC's Investigation Division.
