In response to the request by the majority of the concerned parties to extend the date of hearing and questionnaire reply, we are compelled to lengthen the preliminary injury investigation accordingly. Hence, in compliance with Articles 12 and 18 of the Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-dumping Duties, we have notified all the concerned parties of our decision to extend preliminary injury investigation period of the Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper Antidumping Case from 40 days to 60 days. Thus, the deadline of the preliminary injury determination will be December 16, 2006.
