Following an affirmative final determination by the Ministry of Finance ( MOF ) that imports of Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper from Japan and China are being dumped in the R.O.C.,and in compliance with the MOF"s detemination to terminate the investigation to Indonesia producers due to no dumping finding , the International Trade Commission ( ITC ) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs is continuing its final investigation to determine whether the domestic industry concerned in the R.O.C. is materially injured, or is threatened with material injury by the above mentioned dumped imports from Japan and China.
In response to the requests made by some respondents for extending the deadline of the submission of the required data and materials concerning the antidumping case on Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper , we decide to extend the deadline of submission to July 2, 2007.
The determination in the final investigation will be made before July 23, 207.
