(1) Product Description The imported product subject to this investigation is Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper (excluding paper used for adhesive tape), currently classified under subheadings 4802.55.90.00, 4802.57.10.00, 4802.57.90.00, 4802.61.20.92, 4802.69.10.92 and 4802.69.90.90 of the Customs Import Tariff and Import and Export Commodity Classification of the Republic of China.
(2) Domestic Like Product Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper (excluding paper used for adhesive tape)
(3) Domestic Industry CHUNG HWA PULP CORPORATION, YFY, TPPC, Cheng Loong Corp. HC Paper, Union Paper Corporation, etc.
(4) Taiwan imports of Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper, in absolute terms and relative terms (shown in Table I).
(5) Weighted-average prices of domestic and imported Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper (shown in Table II).
(6) Summary data on the domestic Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper industry (shown in Table III).
(7) Summary data on the Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper industry in Japan and China(shown in Table IV).
2.This information may be revised later based on evidence and information submitted by the interested parties before August . 1,2007.
3.The injury determination, through a joint consultation, will be made by at least half of the attending Commissioners at a meeting attended by at least half of all the Commissioners. The Commission consists of a chairman (who is the Minister of Economic Affairs), four official Commissioners (who are Vice Ministers of relevant government departments), and ten persons who are well-versed and experienced in industry, economics, trade, finance, tax or law.
