In response to the request by the majority of the concerned parties to extend the deadline for submission of the questionnaire reply, the ITC is compelled to lengthen the final injury investigation period accordingly. Hence, in compliance with Articles 14 and 18 of the Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-dumping Duties, the ITC decided to extend final injury investigation period of the Uncoated Printing and Writing Paper Antidumping Case from 40 days to 60 days. Thus, the deadline of the final injury determination will be August 10, 2007.
