ITC Has Completed the Injury Investigation of Remand Proceeding of a Changed Circumstance Review Concerning the Antidumping Duty Order on Art Paper from Japan
Publish Date: 2008-04-10

Upon consideration of the Administrative Courts' remand instructions, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), on April 10, 2008, made a remand determination that the revocation of the antidumping duty order on Art Paper from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of injury to the domestic industry.
As required by Article 43 of the Implementation Regulation on the Imposition of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties, the MOEA will notify the Ministry of Finance (MOF) of ITC's determination, and the MOF will make a decision on whether to maintain the original decision of continuing the imposition of the antidumping duty.
The public version of the injury investigation report in Chinese is expected to be available after April 24, 2008 from ITC website (http://www.moeaitc.gov.tw) or from the office of ITC's Investigation Division.
