For the interested parties to submit supplemental information after the hearing held on January 8, 2010, we lengthen the preliminary injury investigation accordingly. Hence, in compliance with Articles 12 and 18 of the Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-dumping Duties, we have notified all the interested parties of our decision to extend preliminary injury investigation period of the Benzoyl Peroxide Antidumping Case from 40 days to 60 days. Thus, the deadline of the preliminary injury determination will be February 8, 2010.
