On Feb. 3, 2012, Ministry of Finance (MOF) determined to initiate the antidumping investigation on Coated Paper from China, Japan, Korea and Finland and requested the International Trade Commission (ITC) of Ministry of Economic Affairs to proceed with the preliminary injury investigation. After receiving the request from the MOF on Feb. 6, 2012, the ITC instituted the preliminary injury investigation on Feb. 7, 2012, in accordance with “The Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties.”
