In response to the requests from the concerned parties and due to the necessity for handling investigation information, we, in compliance with Article 56 of Administrative Procedure Act and Articles 12 and 18 of The Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-dumping Duties, are hereby sending you this notification of our decisions to: (1) postpone the time-limit for the submission of replies to questionnaires to March 2nd, 2012; (2) postpone the date of hearing to March 9th, 2012, 2:00 p.m. (If you wish to appear at this hearing, please inform us before March 6th, 2012); and (3) postpone the preliminary determination of injury investigation until April 6th, 2012.
