Referring to our letter dated February 22, 2013, the period of investigation (POI) for preliminary injury determination should be from January 1, 2009 to September 30, 2012. However, after reviewing all the questionnaires the interested parties provided, the International Trade Commission (ITC) found that the data of the 4th quarter of 2012 are available, instead of projected. Therefore, ITC decides to extend the POI to December 31, 2012.
