ITC Makes a Negative Final Injury Determination in the Antidumping Duty Case Concerning Thermal CTP Plates

On October 14, 2014, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) made a negative final determination that an industry in ROC is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of Thermal CTP Plates from China that have been found to be sold in ROC at less than normal value.

According to the Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-dumping Duties, the MOEA shall notify the Ministry of Finance of its determination, and the Ministry of Finance shall determine to terminate the case.

The public Chinese version of the final injury investigation report is expected to be available after November 14, 2014 from ITC’s website (http://www.moeaitc.gov.tw).
