Due to the applicant’s retracting the antidumping case on Low Grade Non Grain-oriented Electrical Steel from Japan, the ITC, in compliance with Article 56 of Administrative Procedure Act, is hereby sending you this notification of cancelling the hearing scheduled to be held on April 27, 2012, along with the original copy of our official letter in Chinese.
