ITC Cancelled the Hearing Concerning Antidumping Case on Coated Paper

Due to the fact that the applicant has requested retraction of the antidumping case on Coated Paper from China, Japan, Korea and Finland and that it is pending the Ministry of Finance’s decision on whether to accept this request or not, the ITC, in compliance with Article 56 of Administrative Procedure Act, cancelled the hearing scheduled to be held on Nov. 5 2012.
