Due to the necessity for handling investigation information, the International Trade Commission (ITC), in compliance with Articles 14 and 18 of the Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Anti-dumping Duties, hereby informs you of our decision to postpone until Nov. 25, 2012 the final injury determination of the antidumping case concerning Coated Paper from China, Japan, Korea and Finland. (Please refer to our letter dated Oct. 12, 2012 with ref. no. MOEAITC-ID-10100029510 ).
Furthermore, in order to proceed with the final injury investigation of this case, the ITC will hold a hearing to provide an opportunity for face-to-face communication between representatives of domestic producers, foreign producers, importers, and other interested parties.
The hearing will be held on Nov. 5, 2012, 2:00 p.m., at room 201BC of the Taipei International Convention Center, which is located at 1 Hsin-Yi Road, Sec. 5, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. If you wish to appear at this hearing, please inform us before Nov. 2, 2012 by fax, airmail or e-mail. Persons signed up for presenting their views on this case are also invited to attend the pre-hearing conference, which will be held at 1:40 p.m. prior to the hearing, and they are strongly encouraged to provide 15 copies of written statements and summaries with signature.
In addition, for the convenience of all parties to defend their interests at the hearing, we will post the non-confidential information relevant to the injury investigation on the ITC’s website (http://
