Following an affirmative final determination by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) that imports of Certain Cold-rolled Stainless Steel Products from China and Korea are being dumped in the R.O.C., the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs instituted its final investigation on November 22, 2013 to determine whether the domestic industry concerned in the R.O.C. is materially injured, or is threatened with material injury by the above mentioned dumped imports.
In order to proceed with the final injury investigation of this case, the ITC will conduct a hearing to provide an opportunity for face-to-face communication between domestic producers, foreign producers, importers, and other interested parties. The hearing will be held on December 24, 2013, 9:00 a.m., at room 101C of the Taipei International Convention Center, which is located at 1 Hsin-Yi Road, Sec. 5, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. Those who wish to attend the hearing are encouraged to register with the ITC through the ITC’s website www.moeaitc.gov.tw, or by fax or email before December 20, 2013. Persons signed up for presenting their views are also invited to attend the pre-hearing meeting, which will be held at 8:30 a.m. prior to the hearing, in order to arrange the sequence and time allocation of the presentations in the first session of the hearing.
In addition, for the convenience of all parties to defend their interests at the hearing, we will post the non-confidential information relevant to the injury investigation on the ITC’s website （http:// www.moeaitc.gov.tw）before December 16, 2013.
