In response to the requests from the concerned parties and due to the necessity for processing investigation information, the International Trade Commission (ITC), in compliance with Articles 12 and 18 of the Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Imposition of Countervailing and Antidumping Duties, postpone until April 23, 2016 the preliminary determination of injury investigation concerning the antidumping case on certain flat-rolled steel products, plated or coated with zinc or zinc-alloys from Mainland China and Korea.  The original copy of the official notification is enclosed.
