Following an affirmative final determination by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) that imports of Float Glass, in Sheets from Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand are being dumped in Taiwan (R.O.C.), the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs instituted its final investigation on February 19, 2023 to determine whether the domestic industry concerned in Taiwan (R.O.C.) is materially injured, or is threatened with material injury by the above mentioned dumped imports.

In order to proceed with the final injury investigation of the aforementioned case, the ITC will conduct a hearing to provide an opportunity for face-to-face communication between representatives of domestic producers, foreign producers and exporters, importers, and other interested parties. The hearing will be held on March 21, 2023, 2:00 p.m., the venue for the hearing concerned is changed to room 201BC of the Taipei International Convention Center, which is located at No.1, Section 5, Xinyi Road, Taipei City, Taiwan (R.O.C.). Those who wish to attend the hearing are encouraged to register with the ITC through the ITC's website  (https://www.moeaitc.gov.tw) , or by fax or email before March 17, 2023. Persons signed up for presenting their views are also invited to attend the pre-hearing meeting, which will be held at 1:40 p.m. prior to the hearing, in order to arrange the sequence and time allocation of the presentations in the first session of the hearing.
