The imported product subject to this investigation is certain flat-rolled steel products, either electrolytically or otherwise plated or coated with zinc or zinc-alloys,wheter or not corrugated, in coil or not, regardless of thickness and width. 4.The injury determination will be made by at least half of the attending Commissioners at a meeting attended by at least half of all the Commissioners. The Commission consists of a chairman (who is the Vice Minister of Economic Affairs), four official Commissioners (who are Vice Ministers of relevant government departments), and eight persons who are well-versed and experienced in industry, economics, trade, finance, tax or law.
